Description
The Oiseau Bleu bus transport company was created by Gabriel Perdigeon in 1933 and operates in several municipalities in the Hauts-de-France region. In Péronne, it provides users with various services: daily urban buses, school buses running to the schools in the Péronne area, and finally a sightseeing coach rental service.
The Oiseau Bleu bus: an urban transport offer in Péronne
The Oiseau Bleu urban bus service operates two routes in the town of Péronne:
- A loop from the "La Chapelette" station, near the old train station. 21 stations are served.
- A journey in the opposite direction, from the "Place Louis Daudré" stop, located in the town centre, to "La Chapelette". This route has 19 stops.

The buses leaving from Place Louis Daudré provide two daily connections: one bus runs at the end of the morning and the other at the end of the afternoon.
A school transport solution
The Oiseau Bleu bus also provides transport to and from schools to facilitate the daily journeys of primary school, middle school and high school pupils. Its coaches serve seven schools in the town of Péronne:

The service operates from Monday to Friday. The Oiseau Bleu bus timetables are earlier for school lines than for urban lines: pupils can thus get to their schools between 7:20 and 8:40 a.m. depending on the site. For the return journey, departure is possible at lunchtime from secondary schools between 12:45 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. The school bus service then resumes between 4:40 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The Oiseau Bleu's coach rental offer
In addition to its urban and school lines, the Oiseau Bleu bus offers those living in Péronne a range of coaches with drivers in three different categories:
- Eco,
- Sightseeing,
- and Touring.
The Eco range is particularly aimed at organisers of green classes and educational outings. It may also be of interest to activity centres that are open during school holidays.
