- The Customer uses a Card Reader and a Pass Pass card to access the information it contains.

- The Customer's interactions allow him to view the informative content, make purchases, and manage all the data associated with him or associated with his beneficiaries. In online mode, invoices and purchase certificates are available.
2.3 Transport tickets available on PASSPASS.FR
The Transport Tickets available on PASSPASS.FR are those of the Pass Pass partner networks (Subscriptions, ticket books, single tickets, etc.). They can be loaded onto a Pass Pass card using a Card Reader. Certain Passes are conditioned by the presence of reduction rights loaded on the Pass Pass card. Reduction rights must be requested by the Customer at a sales office, on presentation of the appropriate supporting documents. Not all Passes are available on PASSPASS.FR.
If a Transport Ticket for a network sought by the Customer is not available on PASSPASS.FR, the Customer is invited to go to the possible online store of this network or to one of the agencies of this network. .
The Customer can load several Tickets from one or more Pass Pass partner networks onto their Pass Pass card. Online loading on PASSPASS.FR is only possible with a Card reader and the Pass Pass card.
The storage capacity of the Pass Pass card is limited. When this is reached (loading up to 8 tickets), a “Card full” message is displayed and the Customer can obtain an additional card to buy new tickets. The storage capacity is renewed as the Tickets are used.
2.4 "PASSPASS" account
2.4.1 Creating a PASSPASS account
The Customer may have an account, allowing him to benefit from a certain number of functions on PASSPASS.FR (purchase of transport tickets online, consultation of his media, purchase of a card reader, etc.). He is then able to define his user profile and his preferences relating to the use of PASSPASS.FR, more particularly the online store and the route planner, such as for example the maximum number of connections desired per trip, the maximum waiting time for each connection, maximum waiting time per mode of transport, favorite networks, notifications, etc.
To create an account, the Customer must go to the “Connection” menu. Two cases are then possible:
• Either the Customer already has a nominative Pass Pass card (functionality only available for cards issued by the Tadao and Hauts-de-France Mobilités network - see the back of the card with the logo) but no identifier or password :
- The Customer already has a Pass Pass Client file
- He must enter his name, first name, Pass Pass card number and date of birth. He must click on the activation link received by email at the email address indicated in his Customer file. The Customer must then define a username and a password on PASSPASS.FR. It is specified that this username and password are personal, any use of the latter being made under the full responsibility of the Customer.
• Either the Customer does not have a Pass Pass card:
- The Client does not have a Client Pass Pass file.
- He must then create his account in its entirety by filling out the form: “I do not have a Pass Pass card”.
- He must click on the activation link received by email at the email address indicated when creating his account, to validate the creation of the latter. The Customer must then define a username and a password on PASSPASS.FR. It is specified that this username and password are personal, any use of the latter being made under the full responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer is then able to use the resources of PASSPASS.FR in two ways:
- In non-connected mode: the Customer is not connected to his account. In this case, his user profile and preferences are not taken into account when using PASSPASS.FR. The profile taken into account by the Site is the default profile.
- In connected mode: the Customer is connected to his account. In this case, their user profile and their preferences are taken into account when using PASSPASS.FR. He can modify his personal data, manage his relations with other accounts and make purchases.
2.4.2 Link customer accounts
The Customer is able to establish a link between his account and other accounts for which he wishes to finance or manage the purchases (a parent wishing to order media, or buy and load Tickets, for all or part of his family ).
To do this, the Customer provides the information relating to the beneficiary, as well as the nature of the relationship between them (Example: parent, guardian, payer).
The beneficiary then receives an email containing the contact request. A link allows them to be redirected to a form and to validate the connection request.
Customers thus put in contact are able to consult the list of their relations.
The Clients at the initiative of the creation of the links are also able to modify the nature of certain relations a posteriori, as well as to delete a relation with a beneficiary account (except in the case where there is an unpaid debt, SEPA mandates partners).
